Role Overview
This role focuses on content scheduling, content calendar management, and community management across client social media accounts. You’ll help ensure content goes out on time, inboxes are triaged appropriately, and engagement is handled professionally and on-brand. There will also be opportunities to attend networking events and represent CMCK Business Solutions in person when your schedule allows.
Key Responsibilities
Content Scheduling & Content Calendar Management
• Schedule approved content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) using our scheduling tools
• Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistency and deadlines are met
• Coordinate with the owner for approvals and upcoming content needs
• Quality-check posts before publishing (formatting, tags, links, hashtags, image/video specs)
Community Management & Engagement
• Monitor and triage social inboxes and notifications (DMs, comments, mentions)
• Moderate comments and respond using brand guidelines and provided templates
• Flag sensitive messages, complaints, or urgent issues for owner review
• Support outbound engagement to increase visibility (liking, commenting, responding, sharing)
Inbox Triage & Weekly Admin Support
• Organize incoming requests and route action items appropriately
• Track follow-ups and maintain simple internal trackers (scheduled posts, open items, engagement log)
In-Person Brand Representation (Occasional / As Available)
• Attend local networking events as opportunities arise and your schedule allows
• Represent CMCK Business Solutions professionally and confidently
• Capture lead/contact notes and share follow-up details with the owner
Required Qualifications
• Authorized to work in the United States (W-2 employment)
• Must physically reside and be legally domiciled in the State of Florida
• Experience with social media scheduling and/or community management (business, agency, or equivalent)
• Strong written communication skills and sound judgment
• Highly organized with attention to detail and consistent follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly deadlines
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn workflows (comments, DMs, notifications)
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Experience supporting multiple brands/clients and adapting tone/voice

Role Overview
This role focuses on face-to-face regional relationship building, digital community referral management, and local lead capturing. You will be assigned to represent CMCK Business Solutions in a single seat/service business networking group, alongside attending various other local Chamber and business events. When not at physical events, you will drive digital referrals for our agency, clients and network group members, log activity, and provide routine updates to management.
Key Responsibilities
In-Person Brand Representation & Lead Capture:
• Attend all scheduled meetings for your assigned, single-seat referral group consistently to protect our agency’s seat.
• Attend various regional Chamber of Commerce functions, mixers, and business events across Sarasota and Charlotte counties.
• Actively engage local business owners, identify their marketing pain points, and introduce CMCK Business Solutions services.
• Utilize our designated mobile phone application to immediately scan business cards collected at events, ensuring new contacts are instantly saved with appropriate system tags so our backend team can manage lead management.
Community Engagement & Referral Support
• Represent our agency’s community-first commitment by actively posting online referrals, reviews, and digital introductions for our clients and networking group partners.
• Document and update your live digital referral links inside our team's internal engagement log for direct agency referrals and agency clients only, allowing our wider network to support and amplify those specific posts.
• Actively cultivate relationships with your assigned group members by supporting their business growth online and offline.
Management Reporting & Activity Logging
• Provide regular updates to management summarizing the outcomes of attended meetings and regional networking events.
• Track and report the volume of incoming business referrals CMCK Business Solutions receives from other group members to help gauge group ROI.
Required Qualifications
• Authorized to work in the United States (W-2 employment).
• Must physically reside and be legally domiciled in the Southwest Florida area (Venice, North Port, Port Charlotte, or Punta Gorda is perferred).
• Proven track record in face-to-face relationship building, public interaction, or local community networking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional, and approachable presentation style.
• Comfortable utilizing smartphone applications (specifically for scanning documents/cards) and navigating simple online logs.
• Have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license to commute to daytime and evening regional events.

Work Requirements
• Ability to drive to variable event locations across North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and Venice, FL (including driving at early morning, dusk, or evening hours).
• Access to a computer and a modern smartphone capable of running web-based tools and mobile apps (card scanning software, digital spreadsheets…etc).
• Adherence to agency guidelines regarding non-reimbursable personal event expenses (e.g., voluntary 50/50 raffles, drawings, or personal charity add-ons).
What Success Looks Like
• Attendance at assigned single-seat networking meetings is consistent and never missed.
• All business cards collected in the field are promptly scanned and accurately tagged via the mobile app.
• Outbound digital referrals for agency and agency clients are consistently posted online and logged accurately in the team engagement log.
• Management is kept fully informed on event outcomes, connection details, and inbound group referral metrics.
What We Offer
• 100% Covered Approved Event Expenses: The agency fully pays for or reimburses all official event registration fees and Chamber entry tickets. We only pay for what is strictly required to attend the event. If there are additional, optional food or beverage costs beyond the mandatory admission ticket, the agency does not reimburse for those expenses at this time.
• Commission Protection: A performance-based growth ladder scaling from 10% up to a 20% commission cap, finalized and paid on the standard payroll cycle 30 days after the client's initial payment clears.

Role Overview
As our Creative Assistant, you’ll support content and asset production, including basic graphic design, short-form video editing, sourcing copyright-free/licensed stock media and B-roll (when client provided material is not available), and repurposing content across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable following brand guidelines while keeping content polished and platform-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Asset Production
• Create basic marketing graphics (social posts, story graphics, simple promos, quote cards, etc.)
• Edit short-form videos for social (Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style edits) including trimming, captions, basic transitions, and formatting
• Export assets in correct sizes/specs for each platform (Instagram feed/stories/reels, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Maintain organized project folders, file naming, and version control for easy handoff and reuse
Sourcing Stock Media & B-Roll
• Source copyright-free / properly licensed images, video clips, and B-roll that align with each client’s brand aesthetic
• Track asset sources/licenses and ensure usage is compliant
• Build and maintain lightweight “asset libraries” by client (logos, colors, fonts, stock favorites, b-roll options)
Cross-Platform Repurposing
• Repurpose long-form video into multiple short clips (hooks, highlights, tips, FAQs)
• Convert a single topic into a multi-post series (carousel concepts, thread-style posts, caption variations)
• Adapt content to platform best practices (format, pacing, text-on-screen, safe zones, CTA style)
Required Qualifications
• Authorized to work in the United States (W-2 employment)
• Must physically reside and be legally domiciled in the State of Florida
• Experience creating social media graphics and editing short-form video (portfolio required)
• Comfortable working from brand guidelines (fonts, colors, tone, visual style)
